GA 2898 is a Gospels fragment from the 1100s that resides in the Dunham Bible Museum of Houston Baptist University. It survives as a single leaf containing text from Luke 23:7-25. Eusebian Canon/Section numbers in its margin show that it is no a lectionary. Its text is Byzantine, agreeing with the Robinson-Pierpont Byzantine Textform or the Hodges-Pierpont Majority Text with three exceptions:
23:8 - After εξ ικανου, 2878 reads χρονων, agreeing with H M N W Π Ψ f1.
23:12 - After εν αυτη, 2878 reads ωρα και ημερα. 579 reads ωρα.
23:25 – After Απέλυσεν δε, 2878 reads αυτοις, agreeing with M Π and the Textus Receptus.
